Reservations Manager A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this established and expanding Tour Operator as a Reservations Manager. This Company have a very powerful brand name and are an award winning Tour operator. This role offers the chance to be part of a friendly and proffessional outfit and to make a real difference within the Specialist Product team. Reservations Manager duties: - To coach and mentor sales agents to deliver against sales targets. - To ensure agents have a minimum of 3 coaching sessions, a one2one and team meeting every month. - Use performance management where necessary and be creative in driving performance, making sure morale is high in the team Reservations Manager skills required: - Proven Sales / Reservations Travel experience - Must have managed a team. - Organised, people management and self motivated. The successful candidate can expect to earn a basic salary of upto 22k with an addition 6k OTE and work for one of the Uks largest Tour Operators.
