Alternatively if you have a travel industry related qualification and excellent customer services experience and you are looking for a new career as a Trainee Business Travel Consultant A leader within their field of corporate travel, this global business travel company offers an extremely competitive basic salary alongside an excellent benefits package and training. They are now looking for a number of customer services professionals to be trained into the role of Trainee Business Travel Consultant within their Aberdeen City Centre office due to continual success and growth. Within the role of trainee Business Travel Consultant you will: - Offer a service of excellence at all times ensuring clients needs are met and surpassed - Manage a number of clients travel needs - Pay strict attention to detail ensuring the business travel requirements of each individual client are booked accurately - Be a strong team player Ideal candidates for the trainee Business Travel Consultant role will have - Experience of working within the travel industry from flight reservations, retail travel, airline or airport background - Travel related qualification - Solid customer services experience - Strong attention to detail Successful applicants will be given full training on the products and internal systems including training in the complex use of CRS systems.
