An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a new and rapidly expanding tour operator heading up the reservations team. Were seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to be based in this Hertford office and are offering an excellent salary, bonus and benefits for the right candidate. Reservations Manager responsibilities: - Set and measure the call centre budget in line with company strategy - Manage a team of over 20 staff - Analyse MI to improve the productivity of the Call Centre - Arrange staff rotas, set individual KPIs and produce weekly reports - Initiate recruitment activity to maintain staffing levels as appropriate - Ensure lost call levels are kept to a minimum Reservations Manager skills required: - Extensive Reservations Management experience, leading a team and managing a call centre - Extensive travel industry experience - A desire to succeed. - Ability to motivate a team, earn their respect and inspire. - Ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels - Must show a strong focus on targets and objectives If this sounds like your next move please call Richard on 020 7397 1293, apply online or email richardm@candm.co.uk quoting reference RM368. |
