This multi-award winning tour operator who are based in London are looking for an Operations Executive to join top tour operator in travel. They offer a fantastic working environment, excellent basic salary up to GBP23465 depending on experience with educationals and great travel benefits.This is a great chance for you to kick start your career by joining a leading luxury travel brand, and an opportunity that shouldnt be missed, because they dont come about often! Operations Executive - Duties -Obtaining and managing tour allocations -Liasing with airlines and overseas suppliers -Issuing tickets on Worldspan, preparing/despatching documents -Pre-tour customer services -Ensuring tours run smoothly Operations Executive - Skills Required -Fares and ticketing experience required. -The ability to work on their own initiative -Meet tight deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining a focus on excellent customer service -Applicants must have excellent communication and letter writing skills -Be computer literate and have a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm -Previous Worldspan experience an advantage but my client will cross train you if you over if you have Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre CRS knowledge Additional Info -Hours are 0900-1730 or 0930-1800 Mon-Fri plus 1 Saturday per month 0930-1300. -Basic salary between GBP20705 and GBP23465 20days paid holiday a year -Travel Benefits and a great working environment To apply for this position for Operations Executive please email your CV to SEANJ@CANDM.CO.UK quoting REF SJ690 or call Sean on 0207 397 1281 |
