Our Client is one of the UKs largest long-haul tour operators and is recognised as a market leader for tailor made holidays to a variety of destinations. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Executive for our clients Sales Team to cover South Wales, Avon, Dorset, Cornwall and Devon. The Sales Team currently consists of 6 Account Managers and this role will support the Sales effort by calling on agents below the level that the Account Managers call on - in order to build the business from agents which our client has not really had much contact with. We are seeking a bright, flexible and enthusiastic individual who is extremely well motivated to build strong relationships with the portfolio of agents on which they will be calling and developing the business with. The Account Executive role is a crucial role in taking the company to the next phase of its development. You will have excellent travel knowledge, strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will be spending time on the road speaking to clients, so you will need excellent presentation skills. Ideally you will already be working as an Agency Sales Executive, or perhaps you are a Retail Branch Manager or Senior Retail Travel Consultant looking for the next step in your career. The successful candidate will be focused on operating high levels of service and have the drive and passion to sell. Salary and Benefits GBP18,000 -GBP26,000 depending on experience plus additional sales related bonus up to 20%, 20 days holiday, and company pension.
