An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a small but fast growing team in the UK office of this large and successful French based Accommodation Company. This is well-established and progressive company who is the market leader in France and is now looking to further develop sales opportunities internationally. As the Sales Support Office Supervisor, you will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager with the primary objective of overseeing the smooth running of the UK office and providing support for the sales team. As Sales Support Office Supervisor you will: · Arrange meetings and make travel arrangements for the team as required · Act as a liaison point between UK and Paris head office ensuring that the flow of information is timely and accurate · Co-ordinate IT, and telephone requirements and manage the performance of office suppliers · Coordinate with the UK and Paris accounting offices to ensure all invoices are logged and chased for payment · Manage the daily office set up to ensure telephones are answered, meeting rooms booked, post despatched, general filing etc · Collate and distribute sales reporting · Managing the organisation of small conferences and events · Track success of sales promotions in direct and indirect channels · Assisting the sales team with research projects · Assisting in the production of both digital and off-line marketing material and liaise with external agencies as required To be a great Sales Support Office Supervisor you will have verbal and written fluency in French and English with strong customer service skills. You will have an approachable manner with a can do attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to all members of the organisation. Previous travel industry experience is also essential. This job involves a varied remit of responsibilities and would suit an organised and ambitious individual who is looking for a career in account management or e-commerce.
