This well established aviation company are looking for a part time receptionist / administrator to join their small and very friendly reception team in their modern offices in Crawley, West Sussex. Part time receptionist / administrator responsibilities include: - Booking hotels and transport as required - Greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner and preparing relevant access passes - Answering front desk telephone calls and routing appropriately - Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries
Part time receptionist / administrator skills required: - Excellent command of written and spoken English - Previous aviation related experience is preferred - Proficient user of word, excel (spreadsheets) etc. - Customer focused: professional, friendly, helpful and courteous
Additional Information: - 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday (6 hours per day). - Free onsite parking
