An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this upmarket tour operator based in central London as a reservations agent selling the companies cruises, hotels and train holidays. You will be working with a friendly and professional team based in great location in the city. They will pay up to 18k pro rata + benefits for this Monday to Friday position, benefits include pension, Season ticket loan,discounts on companies prodcuts etc. Reservations agents duties -Selling the companies products over the phone via travel agents and directly to the general public -Discuss requirements with customers and advise on brochured products -adjust brochured tours -Identify and solve problems -Cross sell other products when appropiate -Liaise with ticket departments for ticketing requirements -handle adhoc queries -Booking hotels and ground arrangements -Process payments -Prepare gift vouchers Skills required -Travel industry background as a reservations agent -Strong customer service skills -Clear telephone manner -Ability to work as part of a team -Excellent microsoft word skills Additional information -hours of work 8.30 to 16.30, 09.00 to 17.00,09.30 to 17.30 or 10.00 to 18.00 If you are interested in the above role please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT1958 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
