This well established Car Rental / Hire Specialist have been running for over 35 years and started as a family run company and now currently has over 90 office locations, with them currently recruiting within their Bury St Edmunds office. With them continually growing this will provide increased career opportunity and security for each of their employees, upon whom the Companys future success depends. Retail Branch Manager Responsibilities; * As the Manager youll draw on your commercial knowledge to plan your branchs business * Formulating local marketing plans, analysing competitors * Estimating vehicle numbers, ensuring correct level of fleet in order to meet & exceed forecasted performance targets * As the Branch Manager youll be the driving force behind the branch, * A natural leader who can give good customer service and deliver the companies service promise to customers. Retail Branch Manager Skills Required: * Previous Management experience preferred, although Assistant Manager experience will be considered * As the Manager youll have good communication skills and be able to motivate and encourage good team work * As the Branch Manager youll need strong people management skills enjoy a challenge and working to targets. * Candidates whove been successful in this role have previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Management in the Retail Travel Industry Additional Information for Branch Manager; * Salary approx GBP20,000 + OTE + Company Car * Role based in Bury St Edmunds * You must have held a driving licence for at least 12 months * Working Monday - Friday 0800 - 1800 (40 hours per week) Saturdays are on a rota basis * Flexibility required - you may need to work in different locations occasionally.
