An exciting new development for American Express means they are expanding their team of Travel Consultants. As a Travel Reservations Consultant, you will: - Arrange worldwide leisure holidays & business travel for VIP American Express card members only - Create tailor made itineraries, which include booking the finest hotels, villas and private islands combined with flight reservations using Sabre CRS. - This is an inbound call centre environment so you will work to quality, customer service and sales targets In order to apply, you must have the following experience: - IT literate - experience using a PC in a work environment - Travel industry experience is essential - either call centre experience or business travel, leisure travel or travel consultant background - Candidates with cabin crew experience will also be considered proving they have substantial office based experience as well In return for your commitment, you will be rewarded with a fantastic starting salary of GBP17,300 - GBP19,000 per year plus a shift allowance of GBP1296 per year, dependent on experience. You will also receive a minimum of 5 weeks initial training.
