Fantastic growing sales and marketing company who represent hotels in Asia on the British market is looking for a senior sales manager to join their small team of 3. The sales manager will maximise the sales from travel agents and tour operators. Senior Sales Manager: Responsibilities: - responsible for prospecting and developing new clients - assisting with strategy/account development and advise on problems encountered if they are going to take on the overall management of this operation. - assisting with the growth of the company identifying potential new agents and tour operators in term of sales for their existing clients Senior Sales Manager: Skills Required: - excellent sales experience in the hotel/hospitality sector. - previously worked on account development. - previous experience with international exposure. - people management skills and business management skills - presentable, confident, business minded, problem solver, hands-on Would suit someone who is currently working as an assistant director of sales or sales manager who wants a new challenge. As their clients grow, so too will the team and hopefully we will be in a position by mid 2009 to hire an additional sales manager to cover the additional new business and therefore promote the senior sales manager to director of sales.
