Market leading, well established, Business Travel company in the city are looking for an experienced Implant Manager to join their friendly team. The role will require looking after a european bank and overseeing 7 staff. Friendly, professional working environment. Responsibilities -Individual one to ones with members of the team -Team member appraisals -Daily supporting/ monitoring team -Meeting with Team leaders and managers on Mondays to discuss the week -Giving feed back to the team when applicable -Monitoring the teams workload Skills required -Team leader experience within business travel/operations -Approachable -Professional -Experience of carrying out appraisals -CRS knowledge -Client liason experience -Problem solving Additional Information - Immediate start. - Salary GBP32K + excellent benefits - Monday - Friday 8.30 -6pm (shifts).
