As a Reservations Manager you will receive a basic salary between GBP20,000.00 and GBP25,000.00 dependent on your experience. This independent family run business are proud that they have built their business by trading with integrity and offering a service where quality, creativity, flexibility and value for money are the watchwords. They are currently recruiting a Reservations Manager to join their offices in Cheshire to develop this high quality tour operation and steer the future growth of their luxury tailor made holiday programme. Within the role of Reservations Manager you will - Performance manage a team of Reservation Travel Consultants to inspire, motivate and encourage self development - Achieve all personal and team targets - Be aware of competitor activity and have the ability to make reservations in all areas of travel. To be successful in the role of Reservations Manager you will - Have the ability to be a very competent Manager, displaying a very hands on approach coaching and developing staff at all times - Be motivated and have the ability to exceed challenging sales targets - Have a proven track record of excellent customer service skills - Have excellent knowledge of Galileo and at least BA2 This role would particularly suit those who have continually been a top performer, high-flyer or assistant branch manager in a retail travel environment who is now looking for the next step up. We would also welcome applications from individuals who have already been in the role of Branch Manager, Travel Manager or Team Manager who has the ability to maximise profit margins.
