A great opportunity has arisen in Essex to join a highly successful travel company as a Call Centre Manager. Forward thinking company that specialises in car hire, friendly atmosphere and nice offices, you will be looking after 10 people and reporting to the General Manager. Reservations Manager Responsibilities - Managing the sales team. - Motivating and driving the team forward. - Meeting & exceeding targets. - Dealing with all aspects of the sales floor. Skills Required - Experienced travel reservations manager. - Proven track record in travel. - Excellent product and destination knowledge. - Flexible. Additional Information - Immediate start, 40 hrs per week.. - Salary GBP25K + GBP3K bonus + car + Benefits. - Opening hours Mon - Fri 8.30am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 5pm.
