This award winning tour operator in Surrey is looking for an innovative and highly motivated individual with high attention to detail. They offer a competitive salary, great travel benefits and a fantastic friendly working environment As Direct Marketing Co-ordinator, you will manage and implement the direct marketing activity, creating excellent campaigns that support brand values. Other Direct Marketing Co-ordinator responsibilities include: -Implement annual direct marketing strategy with mix of brochure mailings & non-brochure mailings along with tactical activity -Brief design agency on creative requirements for all direct mail activity and in-house copywriter to ensure consistently excellent creative is produced. Source images for all direct mail activity - address carriers & mailings. -Produce compelling direct marketing communications to generate sales. -Build strong relationships with design agency, fulfilment house & printers with whom you will have regular contact -Ensure all mailings are clearly briefed and planned well to meet deadlines and budget -Develop good working relationships within the Marketing team and to other teams across the company, specifically Commercial, Product, Agency Sales and the Sales teams To be a great Marketing Co-ordinator you will have previous marketing experience, ideally in the travel industry and would have dealt with third party suppliers e.g design agencies and printers. You will be a real team player and a great communicator, resourceful and practical with a "can do" attitude.
