This independent tour operator, based in South Hampshire, is currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Executive to join their small friendly team and administer all aspects of customer enquiries and complaints via telephone, letter and e-Mail. Customer Relations Executive responsibilities: - To deal with and administer all aspects of customer enquiries and complaints via telephone, letter and e-Mail. From in resort problems to post departure issues. - To ensure all complaints are dealt with in accordance with ABTA recommendations and code of conduct - Pro-actively gather information needed from suppliers, and both overseas and UK staff, to enable you to comprehensively answer clients queries and protect the company from liability - Obtain refunds / credits from Airlines, Transport co.
