This experienced rail consultant offers a starting salary up to GBP 17,000 alongside 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and is a brillaint opportunity to join one of the top independent UK corporate travel agencies for their business travel rail department based in the North East, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm!. This is an excellent opportunity for you to break into the business travel industry and get your foot in the door to an exciting and rewarding career. This experienced rail travel consultant is a great opportunity for the right person to gain a career in a customer service lead industry within a business travel environment. As a Rail Travel Consultant you will: - Make rail bookings, with some hotel, flight and car hire reservations for business travel clients - Deal with the calls by telephone and email using Elgar and Galileo Rail - Offer excellent customer services to all business travel clients Successful Rail Consultants have: - Previously come from a travel background either in business travel, retail travel or from a rail reservations background. - Have ideally some CRS GDS experience - Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Amadeus, alternatively a rail reservation system - Elgar, Trainline, or Evolvi If you have no experience in any of these systems but have come from a Rail reservations background then we still want to hear from you!
