Specialist tour operator in the centre of Brighton is looking to expand their busy team. Based in modern offices you will be working in a dynamic and fast paced travel environment. They offer a competitive salary and a rare Monday to Friday work pattern! As USA Tour Co-ordinator you will act as the key contact for travel organisers looking to take groups to the USAs East and West Coast. You will be responsible for putting together tailor made travel itineraries for groups; arranging hotel, transfers, rail, flights etc. You will liase with other departments to ensure the booking is completed and any post-booking issues or questions are dealt with efficiently. To be a great USA Tour Co-ordinator, you will have proven experience in the travel industry with a sound knowledge of the USA market including strong contacts with hotels, coach suppliers and attractions. You will be a great sales person with a passion for delivering first class customer service. Experience working in a corporate or group travel environment would be an advantage together with a working knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus. Working hours, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:15 (but some flexibility may be required at busy times) In return for you commitment, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and great working environment in the centre of Brighton.
