Retail Travel Consultant This award winning long haul tour operator who are now opening shops across the South West are looking for Retail Travel Consultants to work in their Store in Reading. Retail Travel Consultant Responsibilities: -Offering face to face and telephone advice to customers and booking their holidays accordingly -Providing exceptional service -Maximising sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting excursions, upgrades etc Retail Travel Consultant Skills Required: -Previous experience as a retail travel consultant in a travel agency -Good longhaul knowledge -Excellent customer service skills This is a great opportunity to join a market leader.
