A market leading business travel company is looking for Out of Hours Business Travel consultants to work on behalf of some of the worlds largest business travel accounts. Out of hours Business travel consultants responsibilities -Dealing with travellers directly before they travel and once they are travelling -Dealing with problems, missed flights, booking last minute trips, cancel hotels, reroute flights etc etc -Working in a very high pressurised environment with intense activity during specific peak periods. Skills Required for a Business Travel Consultant -Significant business travel experience -Competency in 1 major CRS like Galileo, Worldspan, Amadeus but Sabre would be preferred -Proficiency in fares & ticketing -Common sense and ability to think laterally -Innovative and pro-active in seeking remedial solutions to customer problems -Excellent customer and inter-personal skills as dealing with travellers directly and bookers Additional Info -Excellent recently increased basic salaries, company bonus, shift allowance, 22 days paid holiday and market leading benefits. Working hours are 37.5hr week, Monday to Friday 4pm to 1130pm, and weekend hours are a 12hr shift working 2 weekends in 4 on a shift basis. Part Time hours are either 20hrs or 26hrs a week from 6pm to 10pm in the week along with weekend work too.
