Excellent corporate travel company, offering a complete corporate travel service worldwide is now looking for a senior operations assistant- coaches. It is a great opportunity to join a very good company that also arrange every aspect of group travel, for incentives, meetings, conferences and special events. Senior Operations Assistant-coaches: Responsibilities: - to book, amend and finalise coach bookings in the UK and Ireland - finalise arrangements with coach companies to ensure all services are accurately supplied and correctly priced - negotiate rates for special budget tours and favourable terms for cancellation charges with suppliers - monitor coaches performance Senior Operations Assistant-coaches: Skills required: - previous experience of touring and/or coach operations - good communications, organisation and PC skills - can work on your own or part of a team Additional Information for the Senior Operations Assistant-coaches: It is Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm and salary depends on experience.
