A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this established and expanding travel company as a area manager based in the Peterborough area. You will be looking after a portfolio of travel accommodation as well as looking for new accommodation to add to the companies portfolio. They will pay around 20k basic + comm and car for the successful candidate who must have field sales experience preferably from the travel industry. Regional sales managers duties -To actively pursue all leads generated to achieve property portfolio requirements in line with company targets -To maintain regular contact and support for owners in order to help maximise retention levels -To maintain a level of visits to existing and potential owners that meets the company standards -To carry out grading and safety assessment visits -Report writing -To be commercially aware of the key factors contributing to the companys profitability skills required -Direct field sales experience preferably within the travel industry -Be able to work independently -PC literate -Time management -Negotiating skills Additional information -GBP19218 basic salary to start with going up to GBP20295 after a year, comm between GBP2000 to GBP5000 + car If you are interested in the above role please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT1939 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
