The worlds largest travel organisation with a diverse and quality product offering, are currently recruiting for a Retail Travel General Sales Manager to lead and manage an experienced team of Team Managers and travel sales consultants offering a salary package of GBP23,000 - GBP32,000 dependant on experience, plus excellent benefits for their busy travel store in Southampton. Within the role of Retail Travel General Sales Manager you will - Lead, manage, train and motivate a team of retail travel sales consultants and supervisors - Deliver results within budget, driving sales via excellent customer services Individuals that have been successful within similar roles of Retail Travel General Sales Manager have: - Excellent sales management experience gained from within the travel industry having worked within retail travel as a Branch Manager - General Sales Manager or reservations sales management background - The confidence to manage the day to day sales and service operation - An understanding of complex operational processes and procedures within travel - Strong commercial acumen The successful Retail Travel General Sales Manager will be rewarded a basic salary plus OTE GBP32,000 dependant on experience plus excellent benefits.
