| Description: |
We are looking for an experienced Amadeus Ticketer to temp for a lovely airline on their ticket desk based at London City Airport. This position is starting on Saturday so you must be available immediately. You will need to have recently used Amadeus and have excellent fares and ticketing knowledge. Ticketing Consultant Responsibilities: *Issuing nett and published fares *Assisting with last minute ticket revalidations and re-issues *Giving excellent customer service over the phone and face to face *General administration Ticketing Consultant Skills Required: *Amadeus CRS is essential *You must have excellent ticketing skills, preferably based on an airport desk *Experience on Gabriel would be an advantage *Up-to-date destination and fares knowledge Additional Information: *This position is based at London City Airport *You MUST be able to start on Saturday 21 June *Hours are Monday to Friday 0630-1230 + Saturday 1000-1400 *This is a temporary position initially for 2 weeks however it may lead to a permanent role *Salary is GBP7-9 per hour, depending on experience If you would like to apply for this position and have the experience required, please call Catherine on 0207 397 1294 and email your CV to catherine.gumtree@candm.co.uk quoting CA367. |
