Do you have previous experience in either Reservations or in a call centre? This Global specialist travel company based in SW London are looking for experienced reservations agents.
Reservations Agent - Responsibilities
- Deliver levels of service to members consitent with agreed service and quality standards
- Pro-actively selling all travel extras, enhancing reservations
- Working to targets in a small reservations call centre
- Dealing with customers from US and UK
Reservations Agent - Skills Required:
- Previous experience in Travel Reservations or in a customer contact role.
- Good worldwide geographical knowledge
- Experience working to targets, or in call centre environment would be advantage
Additional Information:
- Hours are 2pm - 10pm Mon - Fri
- Performance related bonus scheme
- GBP15,500 Basic plus commission
