Are you looking for a challenging and exciting working environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Car Hire specialist based in Gatwick Airport. This Customer Service Representative position would suit someone from a travel background with a passion for delivering first class customer service. If you enjoy a fast paced busy holiday environment and would like to start a career in the car hire industry, then we want to hear from you! Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: -Taking enquires & making reservations -Identifying customers needs -Have general understanding & knowledge of rental products to enough any issues are resolved -Dealing with customers face to face Customer Service Representative Skills Required: -Excellent Customer Service background -Previous Travel Industry knowledge - Travel Consultant, Retail Travel Consultant, Sales Advisor or a Travel Agent in a retail or Reservation environment -Car Hire, Car & Van Rental product knowledge would be an advantage -You must have held a driving licence for at least 12 months Working Hours: -Working Monday - Friday 0800 - 1800 (40 hours per week) Saturdays are on a rota basis. -Some out of hour work is required - overtime is paid. -Flexibility required - you may need to work in different locations occasionally.
