This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Resort Contractors to join this leading award winning Online travel tour operatour. This is a great opportunity for a Resort Contractor, who has experience and knowledge in certain countries around the Mediterranean and North Africa looking for the next challenge. This is a large growing company who are expanding because of their own success. They are offering an excellent basic salary of up to GBP35k basic (possibly more depending on experience), with a discretionary bonus of up to 20% with other benefits too.These are exciting times and a chance that should not to be missed. Resort Contractor - Duties -To negotiate and contract accommodation for summer and winter seasons across your geographical area of responsibility. -To deliver product at competitive prices ensuring to continuously maximize availability. -To develop, maintain and strengthen supplier relationships. -To identify and explore new opportunities within your area of responsibility. ·To take end to end responsibility including planning, contracting, sales analysis, re-negotiation where necessary, product development and competitor analysis. -Monitor and actively improve our product offering and quality through supplier liaison and accommodation contracts -To take full P&L ownership of your area of responsibility and to ensure it is operationally profitable. -To continuously liaise and communicate with the operational team to ensure your products are loaded accurately and are on sale. -Develop strong internal relationships & manage your own time to ensure your targets are achieved. Skills Required - -Contracting & negotiation experience, ideally tour operator experience and/or experience of resort accommodation contracting. -Strong commercial acumen along and you must be accurate and thorough. ·Good communicator with experience of working Microsoft office. ·Autonomous, motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable with a positive out look and ideally a second language. Additional Information -Basic salary up to GBP35k basic (possibly more depending on experience). A company bonus of up to 20% with paid holiday, company travel discounts and so much more.
