This Mulit-Skilled Rental Agent role is based within their Swindon office Mulit-Skilled Rental Agent Responsibilities: * Forming a vital, multi-skilled role within the branch, you will need excellent organisational skills to efficiently and effectively arrange for their drivers to deliver and collect their vehicles. * You will need good problem solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive attitude. * You will also deal with their customers, both over the phone, and face-to-face, arranging rental details and selling their Companys products and services. Mulit-Skilled Rental Agent Skills Required: * The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate well and have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure they deliver the highest possible standards of service. * Strong administration skills are also a must as you will need to ensure the accurate completion of all documentation in accordance in with companys operating procedures * As the Rental Agent will also be involved in delivering and collecting our vehicles, the successful candidate will need to have held a full clean driving license for four years.
