An fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this well known expanding cruise company based in a great location in the West End on a 6 month contract. You will be working in a very friendly and professional office as a reservations agent booking worldwide cruise holidays. You will earn a basic salary of 16k + comm, based on conversion rate, on target earning earnings of around 18.7k + benefits. Location: West London Salary: GBP16,000 pro rata Travel Reservations Sales Consultant Job details: * Selling worldwide holidays over the phone to travel agents and directly to the general public * Maximise all sales opportunities by offering upgrades, per and post cruise packages and land excursions * Consistently exceeding customers expectations by delivering an exceptional customer experience on each call Travel Reservations Sales Consultant Skills Required: * You MUST have recent, previous travel reservations experience working for a travel agent, tour operator or airline * It is essential that you have excellent written and spoken English * You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and can do attitude * Exceptional customer service skills Additional Travel Reservations Sales Consultant Information: * This role is paying GBP16,000 pro rata * You must be willing to work 2 Saturdays per month * This position is a 6 month contract due to commence on the 9th of June If you fit the above criteria and would like to apply for the position of Travel Reservations Sales Consultant please email your CV to biancaf@candm.co.uk, apply online or phone Bianca on 0207 397 1288.
