Prestigious and established Business Travel Company with offices based in Derby, seeking Hotel Reservations Consultant. Salary up to GBP13,500 plus pension, life assurance and starting on 23 days holiday entitlement. As a Hotel Reservations Consultant you will Be working as part of a team, servicing one or multiple clients for their accommodation requirements Using Amadeus, MS Excel and the Internet You will deal with booking by phone, email, fax and online You will process the bookings and also deal with cancellations and amendments You will attend at least 3 educationals a year to increase product knowledge As a Hotel Reservations Consultant you will ideally have Previous hotel reservations experience Ideally Amadeus trained (Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre also considered as cross training can be provided) You will have good geography and ideally knowledge of UK and overseas hotel chains (training can also be provided) Excellent customer services skills In return for your roles as a Hotel Reservations Consultant, you will receive A competitive salary up to GBP13,500 dependent on previous experience gained A contributory pension after qualifying period Life Assurance after qualifying period Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (any overtime paid at time and a half) Starting on 23 days holiday (rising to 27 days over time) To apply for this Hotel Reservations Consultant role please call Gillian on 0161 238 4486 or email CV to gillianm@candm.co.uk quoting GM529 |
