A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding travel organisation. They are offering on target earnings of cGBP35k, company car and other great benefits. As Business Development Manager you will look after new product promotion, development and sales across around 120 travel agencies in the South West and South Wales. You will spend time getting to know the agents, dealing with any concerns and issues and developing long term relationships in order to increase sales opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to sell and influence travel agents into achieving their potential while putting offers in place through various products, you will make sure that these campaigns are promoted and pushed through the agencies as your role will be targeted. To be a great Business Development Manager, you will have a proven sales background, at managerial or agency sales level. This would be a great opportunity to for experienced Retail Branch Managers or Agency Sales Executives who are keen to take their career to the next level. In return for your commitment, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary (GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 DOE) with OTE of cGBP35,000. You will also receive a fully expensed company car. This position is home based, so you must be willing and able to travel to parts of the South West of England and South Wales. A clean driving license is essential.
