Regional Account Manager - responsibilities - Responsible for all elements of ongoing account management and developing existing relationships with key accounts and cities - Manage, recruit and develop a small team of remote reports - Secure and negotiate competitive bedstock, product development - Secure and negotiate competitive rates for room only, packages and brands - Attend all relevant trade events - Track and monitor competitive performance in terms of rate parity and availability Regional Account Manager- skills - Extensive travel Industry experience in Account Management - Track record of managing a small team, ideally remote reports - Recruitment and interviewing experience - Commercial Acumen and an analytical approach to problems - Regular client interaction and relationship building skills - Strong communication skills - Well-travelled candidates would be at an advantage The successful candidate can expect to earn a salary of up to GBP35k and work for one of the most globally recognised brands within the travel industry.
