This prestigious Worldwide tour operator based in Crawley are looking for an Health & Safety Executive to ensure all contracted properties have been audited to meet specific quality standards. Salary is cGBP25k and this is a 6 month contract. Health & Safety Administrator skills required: - Strong administration skills - Knowledge and experience within Health and Safety - Experience using a database Health & Safety Administrator responsibilities: - Set up Health & Safety Inspection trips for consultants and team members - Assist Health & Safety manager with documentation of process review. - Send on line self assessments to overseas suppliers, monitor responses - Maintain health & safety database with comprehensive information. - Ensure health & safety reports are sent to suppliers, monitor communication with suppliers and ensure all communication is stored on the database.
