A dynamic and progressive company working with Commonwealth companies to organise training programs has an exciting opportunity within its travel department. They are looking for a Travel Co-ordinator to work part time: Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Travel Co-ordinator: Responsibilities: -to seek and arrange all travel, accommodation, transit, meet & greet and other logistical requirements as required of all staff attending training, consultancy, international events. -to make hotel/venue reservations for all events and establish hotel accommodation and ¿meet and greet¿ arrangements -to prepare the main logistical document for all international events. -provide a full IATA ticketing service on the most cost-effective fare routings available -process all BSP returns and all airline refunds Travel Co-ordinator: Skills required: -previous travel cor-ordinator experience or good Business Travel experience -degree qualified -bsp training and iata Addtional Information for the travel co-ordinator role: Part time role: Wednesday, Thursday Friday.
