International Travel Management Company with several offices all over the UK is now looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their friendly team of 8. Business Travel Consultant: responsibilities: - to ensure efficient processing of booking taken, using Galileo, by telephone, or any other method. - as a business travel consultant you will ensure that all fare rules, regulations, and conditions are given correctly with a full explanation - to comply fully with all procedures in the office Business Travel Consultant: Skills Required: - previous travel experience, if possible within a corporate travel office - previous Galileo experience is an advantage but they could look at cross trained from another CRS. - friendly, excellent communications, organisationals and customer service skills Additional Information: Excellent benefits: 23 days holidays ( rising to 25 days ), company pension scheme, annual bonus scheme and monthly , supplier related bonus.
