This leading travel company is the UKs largest and most established long haul tour operator and they have a great opportunity for a Performance Analyst. Working with thousands of independent travel agents countrywide, this travel company provide the access to some of the best travel products available. This is an unmissable opportunity for a Performance Analyst looking for a fresh challenge to work for one of the market leaders in the industry. PERFORMANCE ANALYST - Skills Required -Ability to interpret and present data in a clear and concise way -Advanced user of Excel, comfortable with managing large amounts of content and reaching the key conclusions of raw data. Proficiency in Galileo and Dolphin preferred. -Able to devise and present incentives in a way that keeps them fresh and effective -Ability to plan current and future workloads PERFORMANCE ANALYST - Responsibilities -Support GM and Sales Managers in maintaining data relating to shop performance. Make suggestions to improve performance when analysis of the Key Performance Indicators are not meeting targets and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) of individuals -When necessary this role may require the presentation of performance data to Sales Managers. In addition, the role will require the clear presentation of incentives to Managers and consultants both electronically and, on occasion, in person. Discussions with the design team may be necessary to produce internal marketing for some incentives. -Work with the Commercial Team to track and monitor progress against commercial targets relative to air and ground product. Where necessary, provide tactical solutions to the Sales Managers to promote products congruent to meeting supplier targets. -Help to devise and then manage effective incentives to improve sales performance of company. Incentives also need to be motivating to staff and to reward them fairly, and will be devised in conjuction with key suppliers. Additional Information - -This job offers a basic salary of up to GBP27k depending on experience, with company pension, bonus and life assurance. The working days and hours are Monday to Friday, working a 37.5hr week, with in a team of 8 people.
