Are you looking to make your next move in the travel industry? A well respected and leading retail travel brand is looking for someone who can inspire and motivate a busy branch of travel consultants. As Branch Manager you will be leading a team of travel consultants to ensure sales targets and met and first class customer service is delivered at all times. You will be responsible for maximising potential store profit, implementing store audit and health and safety and recruiting, developing and retaining an effective team of consultants. To be a great Branch Manager you will have held managerial or supervisory positions within the travel industry. This role would particularly suit candidates who are currently working at Assistant Branch Manager or Store Manager level. You will be a natural motivator with the ability to coach and develop a team. Excellent communication skills are a must. In return for your commitment you will be rewarded with the opportunity to work for one of the leading names in retail travel.
