This successful online travel company are looking for a customer service agent to join their busy team on a temporary basis. Location: Manchester Salary: GBP7-7.50 per hour Customer Service Assistant Job Details: * Handling incoming calls and emails * Dealing with amendments such as flight changes etc and handling complaints * Sales of add ons, such as car parking, car hire etc * Ad-Hoc administration duties Customer Service Assistant Skills required: * You MUST have previous Customer Service and travel industry experience * Letter writing experience is essential * Confident and friendly with the ability to work well within a team * Excellent telephone manner with clear written and spoken English * Fine attention to detail Additional Information: * This role will be Monday-Friday from 9.00am-5.00pm with NO weekend work involved * You will be paid an hourly rate of GBP7-7.50 per hour (depending on experience) paid directly into your bank account on a weekly basis * This will be an ongoing temp role due to start on the 19th of May If you have the required skills and wish to apply for the role of Customer Service Assistant please email your CV to biancaf@candm.co.uk or phone Bianca on 020 7397 1288.
