This well known cruise company based in West London is looking for a cruise consultant to assist on a 3 month temporary contract basis. You do not need to have previous cruise experience although you must have experience working in a travel reservations role. Location: West London Salary: GBP16,500 pro rata Cruise Consultant Job details: * Selling cruise packages over the telephone to both travel agents and tour operators * Maximise all sales opportunities by offering upgrades, pre and post cruise packages and land excursions * Consistently exceeding customers expectations by delivering an exceptional customer service experience on each call Cruise Consultant Skills Required: * You MUST have recent, previous travel reservations experience working for a travel agent, tour operator or airline * You will need to be full proficient on Microsoft packages such as word, outlook and excel * It is essential that you have excellent written and spoken English * You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional customer service skills Cruise Consultant Additional Information: * This role is paying GBP16,500 pro rata * This role is Monday to Friday only * This position is a 3 month contract due to commence on the 19th of May.
