An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to join a leading aviation based organisation with operations on a worldwide scale. They are looking to recruit new Terminal Team Leaders to work within the busy terminals at Gatwick Airport. The Terminal Team Leader supervises their team of 15 frontline staff in all aspects of their airport operation. The role leads, motivates and coaches the team to deliver their part of the operational plan on a daily basis in line with people, passenger and profit performance targets and compliance (incl HSSE) requirements and to identify and implement longer term improvements in order to enhance planned performance. Your supervisory/managerial experience should include an excellent background in customer service or travel operations, be commercial astute with an ability to deliver continuous improvement with effective relationship building skills. Degree level education would be an advantage. The position is shift orientated (nights only, 3 on 3 off on a rotating shift basis), requiring professional dedicated individuals to excel and lead within a pressurised environment.
