A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this award winning travel company as a air contractor. You will be working in their European head office working in a professional and friendly team. You will be responsible for the sourcing,contracting and management of air required for packaging the companies products. They will pay and excellent salary between 23k to 27.5k + benefits for this Monday to Friday position. Air contractors duties -Negotiate with the airlines to secure the best possible fares, conditions and inventory -Maintain excellent relationships with all airlines enuring regular meetings are held -Negotiate overrides, incentives and fam trips -Propose all air pricing using detailed analysis and provide air cost to to revenue management -Work with revenue management to review and reduce air costs -Negotiate with the airlines for group space and allocations -Analysis and tracking of commercialdeals and incentives -Work with marketing to promote preferred airlines -Undertake competitor analysis skills required -Strong airline contracting experience -Strong knowledge of air contracts and airline routings especiallyto/from North American -Strong analytical skills -Excellent communication skills -Outstanding attention to detail -An ability to solve problems -Excellent knowledge of CRS - Amadeus would be a advantage If you are interested in the above role please call Duncan on 0207 397 1287 quoting DT1911 or send your cv to duncant@candm.co.uk |
