Group Reservation Agent An Excellent opportunity for expereinced reseravation agents to join this leading Ticketing Agency - to work in their main reservations department, dealing with group theatre and attraction bookings. This fantastic company offer a relaxed and fun working environment in one of the best locations in central London. This is an opportunity not to be missed!!! Group Reservation Agent - Duties: - Buying tickets at the best possible price to maximise profit margin - Providing a high level of customer service and client care on the phone - To create and build strong working relationships with clients at all times - Making reservations by phone, e-mail and fax with a timely and efficient response. Group Reservation Agent- Skills: - Previous experience in reservations.(either for a hotel group, tour operator or travel company) - Another European Language is preffered - A good knowledge of Word and Excel and excellent communication skills - Previous experience of group bookings is preffered The successful candidate can expect to earn a basic salary of about GBP17k and work for one of the largest and rapidly growing Ticketing Companies in the UK. Previously successful candidates must have some reservations expereince in prefereably the Hotels and Inbound tour operators.
