This market leading travel related company in Crawley are looking for a Helpdesk Executive to join their busy Customer Service Team. In bright open offices just a short walk from Crawley station you will be rewarded with an excellent salary and a friendly working environment. Helpdesk Responsibilities: Provide first level helpdesk support to internal and external customers Communicate accurately to customers via telephone, fax, queue message and email Provide both internal and external customer training if required Provide on site customer support to Tour Operators, Travel Agents and Travel Companies Assist other departments with product demonstrations when required Helpdesk Skills Required: Previous working knowledge of Amadeus or another CRS Previous Airline, business travel or leisure travel experience Ability to work under pressure Excellent telephone manner and customer service experience Good communication skills Working hours: 08.00am - 4.30pm, 09.00am - 5.30pm or 10.00am - 6.30pm and only 1 Saturday in every 5 or 6!
