A forward thinking, exciting and expanding travel organisation in Kent is looking for a travel professional to join their team. They offer a great incentive, commission and salary package, staff training programme and an enjoyable and dynamic working environment. As Business Development Executive, it will be your responsibility to take the groups and incentives side of the business out to potential clients who are looking to arrange dynamic incentive packages for their staff. You will be visiting new and existing clients with the aim of securing new business. You will work closely with the Groups and Incentives sales team to put together quotes and put together worldwide travel fro groups. To be a great Business Development Executive, you will be a real people person with fantastic communication and presentation skills. You will have proven account management experience or similar within the travel industry with ability to motivate yourself and manage your time and priorities In return for your commitment, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, great benefits, cash incentives and an individual training programme.
