This international travel company have had ties in the Travel industry since 1937 and have slowly developed themselves into a leading worldwide travel Company and have now expanded in the UK and are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager for their Glasgow branch. Retail Branch Managers Responsibilities; - Overall responsibilitity for the branch in terms of staffing, brance appearance, profitability and sales - Motivating staff & promoting positive team spirit to help meet monthly targets - Develop new business for the branch - driving the business forward - Performing 1-1s, coaching, training & performance management To be successful as a Retail Branch Manager; - Previous management experience in Retail Travel - Ability to motivate & support a team - Excellent product & destination knowledge - Able to bring new ideas to develop your business In return you will receive; - Basis salary of GBP21000 - GBP25000 plus an annual bonus - Additional benefits such as 25 days holidays, pension scheme, access to medical & health care service, childcare schemes, life assurance & travel concessions.
