Assistant Managers Responsibilities; - Assisting your Branch Manager with the running of the branch - Responsible for supporting, coaching & motivating 7 Travel Consultants - You will be selling packages & tailor made holidays to a luxury market - Offering first class service, providing information on upmarket products & worldwide destinations - Offering your first hand knowledge from your own travelling experience, talking about destinations you are passionate about to assist & support other team members & give advice & reccommendations to your clients. To be successful; - You will have a strong Retail Travel background - Previous managment experience - Ability to book tailor made holidays & have excellent worldwide destination knowledge. - You will need to have previous experience booking luxury & up market products with solid sales record with the ability of working to targets & acheiving goals you are set. - If you have extensive travelling experience to worldwide destinations this would be a big advantage. In return you will receive a basic salary up to GBP20000 dependent on experience plus profit related pay. You will be entitled to holiday concession for yourself, friends & family.
