This expanding conference venue provider operates seven non-residential venues specifically catering for clients requiring space for training, conferences, meetings and events. This fantastic venue is looking for a events co-ordinator to provide a professional reception service and be responsible for co-ordinating and collating all event information relevant to the week ahead. Events Co-ordinator: Responsibilities: - to be the main point of contact for all events from point of contract and during the lead up to their events - to ensure that all changes to events are recorded properly for invoicing purposes, to prepare venue invoices after the booking and present to events manager - assist the Events Manager opening and checking rooms if required, set up reception area to provide a professional welcome.
