This exciting and ambitious travel management company are looking for a customer service consultant to join their busy team on a temporary basis. Location: Central Manchester Salary: GBP8-9 per hour Customer Service Consultant Job Description: * Responsible for all incoming queries and complaints from passengers from airlines and flights for all offices. * Create and maintain spreadsheets to log all incoming and outgoing communications * Establish and build rapport with clients and suppliers customer services teams * Provide a fast and accurate initial response to clients within 24 hours Customer Service Consultant Skills Required: * You MUST have recent experience of working within a customer service environment within the travel industry * Fully proficient in any CRS system although Amadeus is preferred * Excellent written and spoken English * Excellent MS Word and Excel skills Customer Service Consultant Additional Information: * This is a temporary role due to start on Monday the 21st of April * The hourly rate will be GBP8-9 per hour (depending on experience) based on a 37.5 hour week * You will be paid weekly, direct into your bank account * Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am-5.30pm If you have the required skills and wish to apply for this role then please email your CV to biancaf@candm.co.uk or phone Bianca on 020 7397 1288.
