Revenue Management, Database Manager responsibilities: - Monitoring the performance management of the Database team. - Give direction, support, training and help to develop your team. - Management of 3rd party contracts, monitoring and tracking performance and negotiating terms of changes with suppliers. - Project manage process developments and system changes as requried by suppliers and feedback to IT/development - Manage SLAs related to systems and report accordingly. - Monitor and report on progress of projects, ensuring tight timelines are adhered to.
