Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant or Travel Reservations Consultant? This global company based in Bath are looking for a Travel Co-ordinator with excellent worldwide reservations experience to start with them ASAP. Travel Co-ordinator Responsibilities: * Working on site of the client, you will be working within a small team to make reservations and liase with an outsourced Travel Agency to complete complicated flight bookings, hotel and car hire reservations for worldwide destinations * Search internet for preferential rates and offers and compare with agency offers * Handle amendments and ticket changes both prior and during travel * General administrative duties such as completion of paperwork for any insurance claims, updating in house systems with travel budget information and typing travel itineraries Travel Co-ordinator skills required: * You must have recent worldwide travel reservations experience, preferably in a business travel environment * Excellent destination knowledge * Professional and confident telephone manner * Be extremely well organised with a methodical approach to completing tasks * Excellent administration skills Additional Information: * Salary is GBP20K, depending on experience * Based in Bath * The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm/ 8.30am - 5.30pm/ 9am - 6pm * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays If you are keen to apply for this role and your experience matches the above criteria, please either apply online, call Amy on 0207 397 1264 or email you c.v to amyg@candm.co.uk and quote AG671. |
